This Sauvignon blanc 2023 is a representation of the riper end of the spectrum, compared with the previous 2020 vintage.
A Free-Run cuvée, collected by basket press, was barrel – fermented and then matured in the same barrel on it’s lees for 20 months.
Vinified through gravity flow. Bottled by hand, unfined and unfiltered. Only 285 bottles were produced.

This Sauvignon blanc 2023 is a representation of the riper end of the spectrum, compared with the previous 2020 vintage. These grapes are from the second, later pick from the 8 rows of Sauvignon blanc, with this release expressing the slow ripening of these rows, picked slightly later for deeper impressions of sunlight on flavour development.
