Booking Options

A quiet, secluded space for two, or a few, to connect. Three to four wines unfold slowly over two hours, each carefully introduced by Hugo, then left to breathe as you do. This is opportunity for shared discovery, shaping memories together. The wines accompany this experience, allow them to linger in the air and on the palate long after the glass is set down.

This is an occasion to gather for joy, not study. Wine will flow naturally with conversation here. Wines will be opened and shared lightly, allowing the variety of expressions to weave in and among the conversations and laughter of the space. A complete immersion into Indulgence – the choice to pause and to appreciate each moment.  This is the slow, layered journey of reward for those patient and curious, those open-minded to the translation of vine to wine. Eight wines are poured blind, enticing mystery and unravelling preconceptions. The experience unfolds as Hugo guides with depth, tracing the origins of expressions from the vines through viticulture, oenology and sensory nuance. The focus is on the glass, what each vignette carries.

Catered Options 

Select your choice for food accompaniments. From charcuterie boards, tapas pairings, a table of share-plates or a coursed experience, Hugo prepares his dishes with love, intended to accent his wines and their impressions across the palate.
