2020 Cabernet Franc



Low-yielding, non-irrigated vines are grown on a North-East facing slope of the Franschhoek valley.  Temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration occurred over 28 days in open French Oak vats. Three different basket-press fractions were matured for 26 months in aged French oak barrels and then selectively combined into this single-cultivar blend. 

Only 502 bottles produced.
