Vigneron's Notes

The grapes are hand-picked from eight terraced rows, planted at an altitude of 400m. The slope is South-facing, with low sunlight radiation, allowing these vines ripen slowly and maintain their natural acidity.

An early pick through the vines, this cuvĂ©e was barrel-fermented and then matured for 30 months on it’s lees in a single, seasoned, 300L French oak barrel.

This 2020 vintage is the only My Wyn Sauvignon Blanc to be released in this style, to age for an extended period of +10 – 20 years. This will be a curious companion of comparison to future Sauvignon Blanc vintages, which will stylistically express longer ripening periods of Sunlight.
