Three separate basket-press fractions were matured for 26 months in aged French oak barrels and then selectively combined into this single-cultivar blend.

Vigneron's Notes

This Cabernet franc was composed of two barrel components. The grapes were picked from a single vineyard in Franschhoek, rows of vines planted to face ENE among the first to experience the sunrise in the valley.

The Free Run and Lightly Pressed cuvées, collected by basket-press, were matured for 26 months.
