This a reintroduction of a blend pairing last released in 2014.
- The second pick of the season from the 8 Sauvignon blanc rows. This constitutes about 45% of the blend and provides flavour expression.
- A co-fermentation of the first picks of Sauvignon blanc and Viognier. A convergence across the valley and across a spectrum of sunlight exposure. This integrated pairing holds acidity and clarity on the palate, lending 40% to the blend.
- A ripe, final pick of Viognier, providing the smallest component of 5% but weaves it’s mouthfeel and finish into the stature of the final wine.
