This blend is a more pronounced integration of basket-press fractions from 6 cultivars. A dance of three pairs; Petit Verdot & Cabernet franc, Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinotage & Merlot. Selected picking components from across the valley undergo an extended temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration in open, 500L oak vats. Pressed fractions are then separately matured in French oak for 26 months before being selectively blended.
